  "text": "Launch services for the Sentinel-1, -2 and -3 A and B units that have started under the ESA GMES Space Component Agreement shall be continued under Copernicus. As part of Copernicus ESA shall assume full responsibility for the procurement of the launch services of Sentinel-1B, -2A and -3B. The procurement of launch services shall include the launcher manufacturing, spacecraft adaptor, launch campaign support, launcher/satellite interface engineering and all activities from Flight Acceptance Review up to the end of the In-Orbit Commissioning Review (including Launch and Early Orbit Phase).",
