Article 8 Data processing and protection

The measures provided for in this Decision shall be carried out in accordance with Union law on protection of personal data, in particular Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Councilf1 and Regulation (EC) No 45/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Councilf2.
