The new psychoactive substance N-(1-amino-3,3-dimethyl-1-oxobutan-2-yl)-1-(cyclohexylmethyl)-1H-indazole-3-carboxamide (‘ADB-CHMINACA’) shall be subjected to control measures across the Union.
