# Council Decision (CFSP) 2018/909 of 25 June 2018 establishing a common set of governance rules for PESCO projects, Article 1: Definition

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

For the purpose of this Decision, ‘project members’ shall mean the participating Member States taking part in a PESCO project.
