  "text": "Any person with at least one of the following clinical forms:\nCutaneous anthrax\nAt least one the following two:\nPapular or vesicular lesion;\nDepressed black eschar with surrounding oedema.\nGastrointestinal anthrax\nFever or feverishness;\nAND at least one of the following two:\nSevere abdominal pain;\nDiarrhoea.\nInhalational anthrax\nFever or feverishness;\nAND at least one of the following two:\nAcute respiratory distress;\nRadiological evidence of mediastinal widening.\nMeningeal/meningoencephalitic anthrax\nFever;\nAND at least one of the following three:\nConvulsions;\nLoss of consciousness;\nMeningeal signs.\nAnthrax septicaemia",
