Article 3

Bulgaria shall prohibit the dispatch of the following commodities from the areas listed in the Annex to other parts of Bulgaria, and to other Member States and to third countries:

1. (a)

   small ruminants;

2. (b)

   semen, ova and embryos of small ruminants.
