  "text": "Council Decision (CFSP) 2019/1171\nof 8 July 2019\namending Decision (CFSP) 2017/2074 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Venezuela\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 29 thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 13 November 2017 the Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2017/2074 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Venezuela.\n(2)\nThe statement of reasons for three persons listed in Annex I to Decision (CFSP) 2017/2074 should be updated, and the gender of all persons listed in that Annex should be included in the identifying information.\n(3)\nDecision (CFSP) 2017/2074 should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
