# Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2019/1206 of 12 July 2019 amending Part 1 of Annex E to Council Directive 92/65/EEC as regards the animal health certificate for trade in dogs, cats and ferrets (notified under document C(2019) 5210) (Text with EEA relevance), Article 2

For a transitional period until 31 December 2019, Member States shall allow, for the trade in dogs, cats and ferrets, the use of a health certificate issued not later than 30 November 2019 in accordance with the model set out in Part 1 of Annex E to Directive 92/65/EEC, as amended by Implementing Decision 2013/518/EU.
