Article 3 Administrative cooperation between competent authorities

For the purposes of cooperation detailed in Article 5(2)(b) to (e) and Article 8 of Decision 2001/470/EC, IMI shall provide the following basic technical functionality:

1. (a)

   sending request for information needed for sound cooperation;

2. (b)

   responding to requests;

3. (c)

   facilitating the coordination of the processing of requests for cooperation in the relevant Member State.
