Paragraph 9 Expenses
1.
Each Party shall bear the expenses it incurs as a result of participating in the meetings of the Joint Committee, both with regard to staff, travel and subsistence expenditure and to postal and telecommunications expenditure.
2.
Each Party shall bear the expenses it incurs in connection with interpreting at meetings and translation.
3.
The Party hosting the meeting shall bear the expenses in connection with the organisation of meetings and reproduction of documents.
