  "text": "Within the meaning of this Protocol ‘overseas countries and territories’ shall mean the countries and territories referred to in Annex II of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union listed below:\n(This list does not prejudge the status of these countries and territories, or future changes in their status.)\n1.. Overseas countries and territories that have special relations with the Kingdom of Denmark:\nGreenland.\n2.. Overseas countries and territories that have special relations with the French Republic:\nNew Caledonia and Dependencies,\nFrench Polynesia,\nFrench Southern and Antarctic Territories,\nWallis and Futuna Islands.\nSaint Pierre and Miquelon,\nSaint Barthélemy.\n3.. Overseas countries and territories that have special relations with the Kingdom of the Netherlands:\nAruba,\nBonaire,\nCuraçao,\nSaba,\nSint Eustatius,\nSint Maarten.\n4.. Overseas countries and territories that have special relations with the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland:\nAnguilla,\nCayman Islands,\nFalkland Islands,\nSouth Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands,\nMontserrat,\nPitcairn,\nSaint Helena and Dependencies,\nBritish Antarctic Territory,\nBritish Indian Ocean Territory,\nTurks and Caicos Islands,\nBritish Virgin Islands,\nBermuda.",
