  "heading": "General requirements",
  "text": "1. For the purpose of the ESA–EU Economic Partnership Agreement, hereinafter referred to as ‘the Agreement’ the following products shall be considered as originating in the Community:\n(a) products wholly obtained in the Community within the meaning of Article 6 of this Protocol;\n(b) products obtained in the Community incorporating materials which have not been wholly obtained there, provided that such materials have undergone sufficient working or processing in the Community within the meaning of Article 7.\n2. For the purpose of the Agreement, the following products shall be considered as originating in an ESA State:\n(a) products wholly obtained in an ESA State within the meaning of Article 6 of this Protocol;\n(b) products obtained in an ESA State incorporating materials which have not been wholly obtained there, provided that such materials have undergone sufficient working or processing in that ESA State within the meaning of Article 7.",
