# Council Decision (EU) 2019/1319 of 25 June 2019 on the position to be taken on behalf of the European Union within the EPA Committee established under the Interim Agreement establishing a framework for an Economic Partnership Agreement between the Eastern and Southern Africa States, on the one part, and the European Community and its Member States, on the other part, as regards the amendment of certain provisions of Protocol 1 concerning the definition of the concept of ‘originating products’ and methods of administrative cooperation, Article 28: Importation by instalments

Where, at the request of the importer and on the conditions laid down by the customs authorities of the importing country, dismantled or non-assembled products within the meaning of General Rule 2(a) for the interpretation of the Harmonized System falling within Sections XVI and XVII or heading 7 308 and 9 406 of the Harmonized System are imported by instalments, a single proof of origin for such products shall be submitted to the customs authorities upon importation of the first instalment.
