  "text": "The following indicators shall be used to measure the percentage of spatial data sets that are accessible through the view services and the download services referred to in regulation 7(2)(b) and (c) of the INSPIRE Regulations 2009 or, as the case may be, regulation 8(2)(b) and (c) of the INSPIRE (Scotland) Regulations 2009:\n(a)the number of spatial data sets for which both view and download services exist multiplied by a hundred and divided by the number of spatial data sets as given by indicator DSi1,1(‘NSi2’);\n(b)the number of spatial data sets for which a view service exists multiplied by a hundred and divided by the number of spatial data sets as given by indicator DSi1,1 (‘NSi2,1’);\n(c)the number of spatial data sets for which a download service exists multiplied by a hundred and divided by the total number of spatial data sets as given by indicator DSi1,1 (‘NSi2,2’).",
