  "text": "1. Advisors shall not divulge any information of confidential nature acquired as part of their work in the expert panels or as a result of other activities governed by this Decision. For that purpose, they shall sign a declaration of confidentiality.\n2. Advisors shall comply with the rules on security regarding the protection of Union classified information and sensitive non-classified information, laid down in Decisions (EU, Euratom) 2015/443 and (EU, Euratom) 2015/444.\n3. Where the obligations referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 are not met, the Commission may take all appropriate measures.",
