  "text": "Council Decision (EU) 2019/1398\nof 10 September 2019\nappointing three members, proposed by the Italian Republic, of the Committee of the Regions\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, and in particular Article 305 thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal of the Italian Government,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 26 January 2015, 5 February 2015 and 23 June 2015, the Council adopted Decisions (EU) 2015/116, (EU) 2015/190 and (EU) 2015/994 appointing the members and alternate members of the Committee of the Regions for the period from 26 January 2015 to 25 January 2020. On 8 October 2018, by Council Decision (EU) 2018/1510, Ms Micaela FANELLI was reappointed as a member to take account of her new mandate.\n(2)\nTwo members' seats on the Committee of the Regions have become vacant following the end of the terms of office of Ms Micaela FANELLI and Ms Catiuscia MARINI.\n(3)\nA member's seat on the Committee of the Regions has become vacant following the end of the mandate on the basis of which Mr Matteo Luigi BIANCHI (Sindaco del Comune di Morazzone (VA)) was proposed,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
