  "text": "The potatoes fulfil one of the following requirements:\n(a)they are grown from seed potatoes certified in and imported from the United Kingdom into Lebanon;\n(b)they are grown from seed potatoes imported into Lebanon from a third country or parts thereof, for which the entry into Great Britain of seed potatoes is not prohibited pursuant to Article 40(1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/2031, and certified in that third country.",
