  "text": "1. The importer shall, sufficiently in advance, notify the competent authority with responsibility in relation to the relevant point of entry of its intention to introduce a consignment.\n2. The notification referred to in paragraph 1 shall include the following elements:\n(a) quantity of the consignment(s) concerned;\n(b) date of intended introduction;\n(c) name and address of importer.",
