  "text": "Council Decision (CFSP) 2019/1737\nof 17 October 2019\namending Decision 2013/798/CFSP concerning restrictive measures against the Central African Republic\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 29 thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 23 December 2013, the Council adopted Decision 2013/798/CFSP concerning restrictive measures against the Central African Republic, implementing the arms embargo imposed by United Nations Security Council Resolution 2127 (2013).\n(2)\nOn 12 September 2019, the United Nations Security Council adopted Resolution 2488 (2019), which extends the exemptions to the arms embargo.\n(3)\nA provision should be added to Decision 2013/798/CFSP specifying that the Council and the High Representative may process personal data in order to carry out their tasks under this Decision.\n(4)\nDecision 2013/798/CFSP should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
