  "text": "Note:\nThe appropriate authorities outside England or the competent authority in England may indicate information that they consider to be confidential, giving the grounds that are considered to preclude the Secretary of State from making it publicly available.\nThis is a ‘Production Facility’ as defined in Annex IV, point 8.2.1 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1253/2013 of 21 October 2013 amending Regulation (EU) No 1089/2010 implementing Directive 2007/2/EC as regards interoperability of spatial data sets and services (OJ L 331, 10.12.2013, p. 1) as ‘one or more installations on the same site operated by the same natural or legal person, designed, built or installed to serve specific production or industrial purposes, comprehending all infrastructure, equipment and materials’ and covered by Regulation (EC) No 166/2006.\nWhere a Facility is also covered by Directive 2010/75/EU, the legal basis for providing this information is Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1135.\nDirective 2007/2/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 March 2007 establishing an Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community (INSPIRE) (OJ L 108, 25.4.2007, p. 1).\nThis field has a multiplicity of 0-1 under INSPIRE, and is therefore not a mandatory field.\nDirective 2003/87/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 October 2003 establishing a scheme for greenhouse gas emission allowance trading within the Community and amending Council Directive 96/61/EC (OJ L 275, 25.10.2003, p. 32).\nDirective 2013/34/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 June 2013 on the annual financial statements, consolidated financial statements and related reports of certain types of undertakings, amending Directive 2006/43/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and repealing Council Directives 78/660/EEC and 83/349/EEC (OJ L 182, 29.6.2013, p. 19).\n... ADMINISTRATIVE INFORMATION\n1.\nReporter identification\nType\nFormat\n1.1.\nCountry identifier\nIdentification of the country where the reported facility is located.\n1.2.\nReporting year\nCalendar year to which the reporting refers.\n2.\nIdentification of the facility ,\nType\nFormat\n2.1.\ninspireId\nUnique identifier of the facility that follows the requirements of Directive 2007/2/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council\n2.2.\nthematicId\nThematic object identifier.\n2.3.\nEmissions Trading Scheme identifier\nWhere the installation is, fully or partly, covered by Directive 2003/87/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, the identifier used for reporting under that Directive.\n2.4.\nName of the facility\nOfficial denomination, proper name or conventional name of the facility.\n2.5.\nName of the parent company\nA parent company is a company that owns or controls the company operating the facility (for example by holding more than 50 % of the company’s share capital or a majority of voting rights of the shareholders or associates) — see Directive 2013/34/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council .\n2.6.\nAddress\nPostal address of the facility as defined by building number, street, city/town, postal code, country.\n2.7.\nGeometry\nLatitude and longitude (coordinates for the approximate centre of the facility) expressed with reference to the ETRS89 (2D)-EPSG:4258 coordinate reference system to a precision of 5 decimal places.\n2.8.\nRiver Basin District\nCode identifier and/or name assigned to the basin district of a watercourse.\n2.9.\nFunction\nActivities performed by the facility. Function is described by the activities of the facility expressed as NACE-codes.\n2.10.\nUK-PRTR Annex I activities\nAnnex I activities carried out at the facility, indicating the main activity and all others.\n2.11.\nStatus\nThe operational status of the facility.\n2.12.\nProduction volume,\n2.13.\nNumber of operating hours in the year\nOptional.\n2.14.\nNumber of employees\nOptional.\n2.15.\nWebsite address\nWebsite address of facility or parent company that shows the environmental report or the EMAS statement of the facility or the parent company.\n2.16.\nRemarks\nAny other relevant information.
