  "text": "Council Decision (CFSP) 2019/1788\nof 24 October 2019\namending Decision (CFSP) 2015/1763 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Burundi\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 29 thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 1 October 2015, the Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2015/1763, concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Burundi.\n(2)\nOn the basis of a review of Decision (CFSP) 2015/1763, the restrictive measures should be renewed until 31 October 2020.\n(3)\nA provision should be added to Decision (CFSP) 2015/1763 specifying that the Council and the High Representative may process personal data in order to carry out their tasks under that Decision.\n(4)\nIndividual designations set out in the Annex to Decision (CFSP) 2015/1763 were reviewed, and the information concerning one natural person should be amended.\n(5)\nDecision (CFSP) 2015/1763 should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
