Assets remaining after payment of Euro-BioImaging ERIC debts shall be apportioned among the Euro-BioImaging ERIC Members and Observers in proportion to their accumulated contribution to Euro-BioImaging ERIC, unless otherwise agreed by the Euro-BioImaging Board.
