Image data administered by Euro-BioImaging ERIC shall, as far as legally permitted, be available and openly accessible to any researchers, scientific institutions and other stakeholders, in line with the FAIR principles. Use and collection of data shall be subject to the relevant statutory provisions on data privacy.
