  "text": "Implementing Decision 2013/776/EU is amended as follows:\n1.. In recital 10, indent:\n‘projects in the field of higher education falling under external cooperation instruments (…)’\nto be replaced by the following:\n‘projects in the field of education, audiovisual, culture, citizenship and youth falling under external cooperation instruments (…)’.\n2.. In the first subparagraph of Article 3(1), point (e) to be replaced by the following:\n(e) ‘Projects in the field of education, audiovisual, culture, citizenship and youth under the following external cooperation instruments:\nRegulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance (IPA II),\nRegulation of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a European Neighbourhood Instrument,\nRegulation of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a financing instrument for development cooperation,\nRegulation of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a Partnership Instrument for cooperation with third countries,\nCouncil Regulation on the implementation of the 11th European Development Fund;’.",
