# Council Decision (EU) 2019/1875 of 8 November 2019 on the conclusion of the Free Trade Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Singapore, Article 4

The President of the Council shall, on behalf of the Union, give the notification provided for in Article 16.13(2) of the Agreement, in order to express the consent of the Union to be bound by the Agreement.
