  "text": "Council Decision (CFSP) 2019/1884\nof 8 November 2019\namending Decision (CFSP) 2016/2382\nestablishing a European Security and Defence College (ESDC)\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Articles 28(1), 42(4) and 43(2) thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 21 December 2016, the Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2016/2382.\n(2)\nA new financial reference amount for the period from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2020 should be established.\n(3)\nDecision (CFSP) 2016/2382 should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
