  "text": "1. Where the Parties have agreed to a solution, each Party shall take the measures necessary to implement it within the agreed time limit.\n2. The implementing Party shall inform the other Party, in writing and within the agreed time limit, of any steps or measures taken to implement the mutually satisfactory solution.",
