  "text": "All the time limits set out in Title VI (Dispute avoidance and settlement) of the Agreement and in these rules of procedure, including the time limits for arbitration panels to notify their rulings, may be modified by mutual consent of the Parties, and shall be calculated in calendar days from the day following the act or fact to which they refer, unless otherwise specified.",
