  "text": "For the purposes of this code of conduct:\n‘arbitrator’: means a member of an arbitration panel set up under Article 71 of the Agreement;\n‘assistant’: means a natural person who, under the terms of appointment of an arbitrator, conducts research for or provides assistance to the arbitrator;\n‘candidate’: means an individual whose name is on the list of arbitrators referred to in Article 85 of the Agreement and who is under consideration for selection as an arbitrator under Article 71 of the Agreement;\n‘mediator’: means a natural person who conducts mediation in accordance with Article 69 of the Agreement;\n‘staff’: in respect of an arbitrator, means natural persons under the direction and control of the arbitrator, other than assistants.",
