# Council Decision (EU) 2019/1990 of 28 November 2019 delegating to the Director of the Office for the Administration and Payment of the Individual Entitlements of the European Commission certain powers of the authorising officer concerning the payment of remunerations and the payment of mission and authorised travel expenses, Article 2

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from the date of receipt by the General Secretariat of the Council of a letter confirming the acceptance by the PMO of the powers delegated under the first subparagraph of Article 1(1) or upon the exercise by the PMO of those delegated powers, whichever is earlier.
