The Interim Partnership Agreement between the European Community, of the one part, and the Pacific States, of the other part, is amended as follows:

  1. (1)

    Annex II to Protocol II of the Agreement is replaced by the text set out in Annex I to this Decision.

  2. (2)

    Annex VIII to Protocol II of the Agreement is replaced by the text set out in Annex II to this Decision.
