  "text": "1. The Convention is amended as set out in the Annex to this Decision.\n2. The amendments to the Convention shall become applicable on [1 January 2021] among the Contracting Parties that introduce those amendments to the Convention, or references to them, in their protocols on rules of origin before that date.",
