  "text": "The information certificate form given in this Annex shall be used and printed in one or more of the official languages in which the Agreement is drawn up and in accordance with the provisions of the domestic law of the exporting State. Information certificates shall be completed in one of those languages; if they are handwritten, they shall be completed in ink in block letters. They shall bear a serial number, whether or not printed, by which they can be identified.",
