  "text": "JOINT DECLARATION\nCONCERNING THE REPUBLIC OF SAN MARINO\n1.. Products originating in the Republic of San Marino shall be accepted by Ghana as originating in the European Union within the meaning of this Agreement.\n2.. The Protocol No. 1 concerning the definition of the concept of “originating products” and methods of administrative cooperation shall apply mutatis mutandis for the purpose of defining the originating status of the above‐mentioned products.",
