  "heading": "Submission of proof of origin",
  "text": "Proofs of origin shall be submitted to the customs authorities of the importing country in accordance with the procedures applicable in that country. These authorities may require that a proof of origin be translated. They may also require the import declaration to be accompanied by a statement from the importer to the effect that the products meet the conditions required for the implementation of the Agreement.",
