Article 44 Implementation of this Protocol

The European Union and Ghana shall each take the measures required to implement this Protocol, including:

1. (a)

   the necessary national and regional arrangements required for the implementation and enforcement of the rules and procedures laid down in this Protocol, in particular the arrangements necessary for the application of the Articles on cumulation;

2. (b)

   the creation of the administrative structures and systems required for proper management and verification of the origin of products.
