  "text": "Movement certificates EUR.1 shall be made out based on the form a specimen of which appears in this Annex. That form shall be printed in one or more of the languages in which this Agreement is drawn up. Certificates shall be made out in one of those languages and in accordance with the provisions of the domestic law of the exporting State. If the forms are filled in manually, they shall be completed in ink in block letters.",
