  "text": "DRAFT\nDECISION No …/2019 OF THE CETA JOINT COMMITTEE\nof …\nestablishing a list of arbitrators pursuant to Article 29.8 of the Agreement\nTHE CETA JOINT COMMITTEE,\nHaving regard to the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) between Canada, of the one part, and the European Union and its Member States, of the other part ('the Agreement'), and in particular Article 29.8 thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nIn accordance with Article 30.7.3 of the Agreement, parts of the Agreement have been applied provisionally since 21 September 2017.\n(2)\nPursuant to Article 29.8.1 of the Agreement, the CETA Joint Committee is to establish a list of at least 15 individuals who are willing and able to serve as arbitrators.
