# Council Decision (EU) 2019/232 of 16 July 2018 establishing the position to be adopted on behalf of the European Union within the Regional Steering Committee of the Transport Community as regards the adoption of the rules of procedure of that committee, Division 3


Should the Presidency not be in a position to perform its duties for a particular meeting, that meeting shall be chaired by the representative of the European Union who holds the Vice-Presidency.
