The meetings of the Steering Committee shall take place at the seat of the Secretariat. Nevertheless, the Presidency may decide on another place for a Steering Committee meeting after consultations with the Vice-Presidency and the Secretariat and considering the relevant financial, administrative and organisational aspects. Except in duly justified cases, that decision shall be made at least two months prior to the relevant meeting.
