# Council Decision (EU) 2019/232 of 16 July 2018 establishing the position to be adopted on behalf of the European Union within the Regional Steering Committee of the Transport Community as regards the adoption of the rules of procedure of that committee, Division 1: The Steering Committee acts by adopting recommendations and decisions (together referred to as ‘Measures’), according to each case.


The adoption of rules intended to ensure the functioning of the Steering Committee shall be considered as being the adoption of a decision.
