# Council Decision (EU) 2019/232 of 16 July 2018 establishing the position to be adopted on behalf of the European Union within the Regional Steering Committee of the Transport Community as regards the adoption of the rules of procedure of that committee, Division 2


The right of access to documents held by the Steering Committee shall be laid down in accordance with Article 38(2) and (3) of the Treaty.
