  "text": "DRAFT\nDECISION OF THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE No …/2019\nof …\namending Annex IX (Financial services) and Annex XIX (Consumer protection) to the EEA Agreement\nTHE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE,\nHaving regard to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (‘the EEA Agreement’), and in particular Article 98 thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nDirective 2014/17/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 February 2014 on credit agreements for consumers relating to residential immovable property and amending Directives 2008/48/EC and 2013/36/EU and Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010, as corrected by OJ L 246, 23.9.2015, p. 11, is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement.\n(2)\nAnnexes IX and XIX to the EEA Agreement should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:\nDone at Brussels,\nFor the EEA Joint Committee\nThe President\nThe Secretaries to the EEA Joint Committee",
