THE JOINT COMMITTEE,
Having regard to the Agreement between the European Union and the Kingdom of Norway on administrative cooperation, combating fraud and recovery of claims in the field of the value added tax (‘the Agreement’), and in particular Article 41(1) thereof,
Whereas:
(1)
Pursuant to Article 5 of the Agreement, a service level agreement ensuring the technical quality and quantity of the services for the functioning of the communication and information exchange systems is to be concluded according to the procedure established by the Joint Committee. However, for practical reasons, it is appropriate to conclude two separate service level agreements, each of which covers different aspects of the communication and information exchange systems.

It is necessary to adopt practical arrangements for the implementation of Article 5 of the Agreement,
