  "text": "Council Decision (CFSP) 2019/468\nof 21 March 2019\namending Decision 2011/172/CFSP concerning restrictive measures directed against certain persons, entities and bodies in view of the situation in Egypt\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 29 thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 21 March 2011, the Council adopted Decision 2011/172/CFSP concerning restrictive measures directed against certain persons, entities and bodies in view of the situation in Egypt.\n(2)\nOn the basis of a review of Decision 2011/172/CFSP, those restrictive measures should be renewed until 22 March 2020 and the Annex should be supplemented with information regarding the rights of defence and the right to effective judicial protection.\n(3)\nDecision 2011/172/CFSP should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
