# Council Decision (EU) 2019/528 of 6 November 2018 on the conclusion, on behalf of the Union, of the Agreement for scientific and technological cooperation between the European Union and the Kingdom of Morocco setting out the terms and conditions for the participation of the Kingdom of Morocco in the Partnership for Research and Innovation in the Mediterranean Area (PRIMA), Article 2

The President of the Council shall, on behalf of the Union, give the notification provided for in Article 5(2) of the Agreement.
