Division 21 The following persons may attend the hearing, irrespective of whether the hearing is open to the public or not:

    representatives of the Parties;

  2. (b)

    advisers;

  3. (c)

    assistants and administrative staff;

  4. (d)

    interpreters, translators and court reporters of the panel; and

  5. (e)

    experts, as decided by the panel pursuant to paragraph 2 of Article 21.17 of the Agreement.
