# Council Decision (EU) 2019/845 of 17 May 2019 on the position to be taken on behalf of the European Union, within the Working Group on Geographical Indications established by the Free Trade Agreement between the European Union and its Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Korea, of the other part, as regards the adoption of its rules of procedure, Paragraph 2: Meetings


Pursuant to Article 10.25.2 of the Agreement, the location of the meeting shall alternate between the Parties. The GI Working Group shall meet at a time and a place and in a manner which may include by videoconference, mutually agreed by the Parties, but not later than 90 days after the request by either Party.
