  "text": "Council Decision (CFSP) 2019/86\nof 21 January 2019\namending Decision (CFSP) 2018/1544 concerning restrictive measures against the proliferation and use of chemical weapons\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on European Union and in particular Article 29 thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal of the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 15 October 2018, the Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2018/1544.\n(2)\nIn view of the continued threat posed by the proliferation and use of chemical weapons, nine persons and one entity should be added to the list of natural and legal persons, entities and bodies in Annex to Decision (CFSP) 2018/1544.\n(3)\nDecision (CFSP) 2018/1544 should be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
