  "text": "Council Decision (CFSP) 2019/96\nof 21 January 2019\namending Decision (CFSP) 2016/849 concerning restrictive measures against the Democratic People's Republic of Korea\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 29 thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal of the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 27 May 2016, the Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2016/849.\n(2)\nTwo natural persons designated in Annex II to Decision (CFSP) 2016/849 are deceased, and their entries should be removed from that Annex.\n(3)\nAnnex II to Decision (CFSP) 2016/849 should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
